German speaking sales intern

Lapoint is seeking a German-speaking intern to join our dynamic sales team and support our growing market. In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing sales focused on groups and larger events visiting our surfcamps.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Intern, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities with potential groups, creating customized packages, and building relationships with partners, mainly in among the university networks. No prior surfing skills are required – just a high level of enthusiasm and a passion it! Success in this role also requires strong problem-solving, organization, self-motivation, and goal-oriented skills and of course a passion for sales!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee group sales across specific territories, segments, and industries.

• Plan and manage group trips ranging from 8 to 100 participants.

• Stay up to date on trends in the group travel market.

• Identify and develop new opportunities for Lapoint.

Tasks and Duties

• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings with current and potential group clients.

• Identify and connect with potential group organizers (inbound and outbound sales).

• Collaborate closely with the sales team, camp managers, and customer care team to ensure excellent service delivery.

• 7.5 hours per week

• Flexible working hours
